Don Swan is a writer whose articles on combat veterans have appeared in several publications. He served in Vietnam, Jan 1967-Jan 1968, with the elite 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile) as a combat correspondent and is a retired public affairs officer from the U. S. Air Force. Swan has a Master’s Degree in Public Communication from the University of Denver. He was a Denver DJ, Pro-Am race car driver, and single parent. My Life At The Limit, an autobiography, is his first book. He lives in a cottage overlooking the Pacific in Northern California with his wife and three dogs.
